Mr Koh to be Principal of River Valley High School
Our former principal, Mr Koh Yong Chiah, is set to become the principal of River Valley High School at a last minute principal reshuffle. Initially set to be the new principal of Innova JC, Mr Koh will be replacing River Valley High School Principal, Ms Ek Soo Ben, with effect on December 18. One of the reasons being that MOE wants a principal with a chinese educated background to lead the school, which will move into its new campus situated along Jalan Boon Lay. hello there! a post as promised. firstly, i want to thank SHU HAN and DOUGLAS for their effort to help organise the BBQ 'today'. also, for the teachers that make an effort to come to our BBQ all the way from home. last but not least, those who have attended the BBQ. your attendance is greatly appreciated. for those who couldn't make it, it's okay. we will still have another chance to be grouped together as a class once more. i've enjoyed myself throughout the whole BBQ. i hope you guy have too. :) the photos would be up on facebook. by tml. i hope. anyway, i'm hoping we can meet once more during the december holidays, but this time, i hope the WHOLE CLASS can make it. will start planning soon... anyone wanna volunteer to help? :) rest well tonight and will see some on monday for GP workshop. hey ppl.. hope you are enjoying your holidays so far.... nonetheless, we must still continue work hard through the holidays for next year's tests.. so holiday assignments that are complusory(?) to be done: 1. Maths novmeber holiday homework chapter 7-8: technique and application of differentaion chapter 9-10: Technique and application of integation chapter 11: power series 2010 lecture test 1 practice paper 1 and 2 TEST IS THE FIRST LECTURE 2. Chemistry holiday homework i) JC1 year end revision : atoms,molecules and stoichiometry all the way to hydroxy compounds. ii) Chemical Periodicity (independent learning) + tutorial iii) Carbonyl tutorial TEST IS THE FIRST LECTURE (all organic chem?) 3. Biology holiday homework i) revise all J1 chapters TEST IS THE FIRST TUTORIAL LESSON 4.
